Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to email address associated with your account and your order details. Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The products in your shopping cart are not reserved.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days.

The shipping cost is 5.5€. For orders over €80, shipping is free.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your order within 15 days. The company will refund your original amount. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Contact the eltheory.gr page at the email info@eltheory.gr with the order code.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that all returned items must be unused. We do not accept returns if items are damaged or soiled. To receive a refund for any returned product, please remember to include the original receipt with the returned package.
